Anyone have a menu yet? I just finished my tentative one a few minutes ago.
FIRST NIGHT

(Meat that my husband will make)
Roasted sweet potatoes and fresh figs

FIRST DAY

Rosh Hashana envelopes
Pomegranate chicken
Moroccan style ribs
Leek and fig couscous
Simanim pasta side dish
SECOND NIGHT

Fish
Unstuffed cabbage soup
Pomegranate glazed chicken
(Meat that my husband will make)
Simanim stuffed butternut squash
Facon and spinach stuffed acorn squash
SECOND DAY
Fish?
Kibbeh pomegranate
Butcher’s cut
Simanim stuffed chicken wrappers
Sweet and sticky silan roast
Spicy meat filled delicata squash
Pomegranate glazed tongue over couscous
(If we have fish for the day meals, I will take away one of the appetizers from each meal)
Shabbos will be chicken soup and leftovers

Can the delicata squash be prepped and frozen? And can I use regular green squash for it?
