I will be in Boro Park for Rosh Hashanah. If weather will be cold on y"t what should I dress my toddler? Summer clothes are shorts and new winter clothes are velour. What are in between shul clothes?

It will prolly not be super cold so you can get away with summer and a light jacket or wi get without anything else. Really your call.
Main thing is head held high. That’s the best accessory to make an outfit stand out

I’m putting my kids in velour. It’s going to be cold.

Good chance of it being cool but you'll probably get a better idea as you get closer to yom tov.
