Although it is part of her personality, you can teach her that it's innappropriate to put teacher in place or educate her.
She has to respect all older ppl especially teachers and principal.
You can role play!
Giver her dom example and ask her if she can say that to a friend? Can she say that to her teacher? Her grandmother?
Or say something else and ask her would I be able to talk about it with my friend? What about with my boss?
It's more social skills than her knowledge that's problematic!!

how did that work out for you with teachers and friends?

I have a very extroverted personality, I always contributed constantly in class and I was very very smart. It took time as a kid to figure out what was appropriate and what wasn’t. I am very good at reading people and over the years I was able to adapt my behavior to be more “normal” and less “know it all”
It still doesn’t fully go away, but I know what’s appropriate. It’s very hard when you enjoy interactions and you really do know a lot of information.
