Diarrhea. Like literally up running to the bathroom in agony all night. I finally passed out at around 6 am. Is this normal after fasting? I haven’t fasted in a very long time due to nursing preg etc.

Did you overeat after the fast?
I’m always careful to eat very slowly. I’ll break my fast on a pastry/cake and coffee, and an hour later if I’m in the mood, I’ll eat food. Last night I didn’t do that and I had diarrhea. Reminded myself why it’s worth it to have the self control

Yes normal. To prevent this I drink slowly first. Wait a half an hour while only drinking. Then I eat really slowly, small bites, chew well. Small portion and wait an hour before doing the same with another food.

It happens to some people. Next time have a discussion with your rav.

Means you're dehydrated so makes sense after a fast. Drink lots of water.

Drink first. Then only eat the brat diet very slowly. Bananas, rice, apples, toast.
