I know… you’re probably thinking- who has cooked meat to freeze the day after Tisha B’Av…
But this is meat that I made for last shabbos and I had extra so I froze it on Monday. (It was broiled a few minutes before shabbos).
Could I count on it tasting good or is this a type of meat that isn’t supposed to be frozen after it’s cooked?

Yes I always freeze my leftover London broil. It doesn’t taste as fresh but good enough. I don’t reheat it, just let come to room temp.
