I think the Spice an Spirit recipe for Crepes is really good. So does ds (5) who is usually very finicky.
Anyway, he wanted more crepes and I was out of eggs.
"Can you make some more crepes."
Bezrat Hashem," I answered him, "I have to go to the macolet first."

"No bezrat Hashem," he said, "I want more crepes now!"
I explained to ds that we say bezrat Hashem because everything depends on Hashem's will. I can't promise him I will definitely go get eggs right now. I intend to, but I say "bezrat Hashem" because it is not in my hands.

Then Schneur sat on the couch and said "Hashem, please let Ima go to the store and get eggs so she can make me more crepes." LOL

And then he said, "Ima, I asked Hashem, and he says you should go to the macholet and buy some eggs to make me more crepes."
Let's just say we rushed out the door to the macolet....!
