With Tisha bav being so late I'm just wondering if seems will start later than usual. Does anyone know please?

They start at the beginning of September even when that gives them less than a week for Rosh HaShana. So I doubt that they'll start late because Rosh HaShana is late. They'll probably start the first week in September. For once, the girls will be able to have a proper Elul zman.

Several of the sems started end of August so girls had about 3 weeks before RH. Made a huge difference.
