Does anyone have a good recipe to make chicken wings? I want to serve them on the buffet at our Purim Seuda.
I need a recipe WITHOUT any bottled sauces... all from scratch!
Also, any tips on making it easier to clean them?

You can do it on a flat cookie sheet (on parchment paper) brushed with your favorite sauce and bake on 500 for 15 minutes each side… OR for a more wet version which is greta for dipping or putting the gravy over pasta etc…. try this concoction of mine:
Add the wings into a small pot or pan (cook or bake) with the following ingredients:
You can’t go wrong with too much or too little:
Coke (or pepsi) must be with caffeine (about 8 oz can or more)
Ketchup
Garlic
Salt & pepper
Then, you can do onion soup mix, brown sugar, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce.
Just add it all in, and cover. Bake or cook until soft.

The second recipe sounds good. So basically, I would just put the raw wings in this "sauce" and bake them in it? I guess I'll try concocting something like this.
I wanted something saucy (to hide the leftover feathers!!!)

Yes, you can make the ‘sauce’ the night before and keep it covered in the fridge. The longer you bake it, the more melt in your mouth it becomes.

Ok... sorry for all my questions - just want to do it right!
1. Do I need to cook the sauce first, or just mix it together?
2. How far in advance can I make them?
3. I've never really done wings before (besides on my chickens each week) How clean do I have to get them? They look quite nasty!!

You just dump it all in together, just make sure it’s all mixed evenly. The sauce will cover the wings (considering your pan is not to wide) so it will be nice and wet.
You can prepare it a day before, you can cook it 2 days before and reheat… etc.
To clean them, buy it by a different store next time! Now that you didn’t know, just start plucking them with a knife… sorry
