Roasted garlic!
Peel a few heads of garlic, add olive oil till just before it's covered. Add spices, salt, black pepper, dried rosemary, and crushed red pepper flakes for a little kick.
Bake on 400 till garlics are darkish golden brown

Super easy will need a blender - otherwise there are probably more steps/time necessary

love this, I bake it 450 1 hr covered. 350 uncovered for 10 mins.
I also do this with cherry/grape tomatoes. its divine. (with the tomatoes it needs more time uncovered)

its called garlic confit and tomato garlic confit.

Delicious. Of course if you're looking for SUPER easy, buying the already peeled garlic would be the way to go.

Olive dip: blend olives and mayonnaise
Jalapeno dip: cut up jalapenos and blend. I leave seeds of one pepper. Add mayonnaise, salt and sugar to taste.
Matbucha: fry garlic in oil. Add red and green peppers strips(more reds than green) add cans of diced tomatoes. Add salt and pepper. Simmer for a long time. The longer the better!
Eggplant dip: 2 ways
1- roast whole unpeeled foil wrapped eggplant in oven until soft. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise and smash with a fork.
2- peel and cut eggplant. Cook in microwave for 10 minutes. Blend with salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil until creamy

I make dill dip as well but I do it with 2 frozen garlic cubes, 4 frozen dill cubes, 1 tsp of Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and mayonnaise. (Optional: I sometimes add 1 packet of Splenda)

I add those Frozen Sauteed onion cubes to some Mayo, for my own dip. Maybe a little salt, and a dot of sugar. Simple and easy.

Here’s another one that’s a favorite in our family. And I’ll be happy to share. 1avacadoe- mash it very well with a fork, add1 tsp mayonnaise, a little salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Mix all together and enjoy. You can also add1 chopped up scallion - the white and green part.
Enjoy

Use an immersion blender in a 1 liter, tall, round storage container. Then it's already for the fridge.
Add all the ingredients of your dip dressing, including whole garlic cloves. Blend till smooth.
If you're making a few different ones, just give it a quick rinse in between.

So smart to do this in the oven! I love the stovetop version but then there's a pan to clean. I look forward to trying this!
