I got the recipe from a magazine, but all my papers got ruined. I’ve been looking online and can’t find the one I’m looking for because I don’t remember exactly what the sauce was. It wasn’t jarred duck sauce and it wasn’t a regular homemade one either, but it did use apricot jam. Anyone can help me please? TIA

Any type of tempura I make I just mix soy sauce, ginger & a little sweetener & use to dip my tempura in.

Equal amounts duck sauce and bbq sauce and a drop of soy sauce.
