This sounds like a dumb question, but I always bake my fish, and this week I want to cook it because I am giving to someone for shabbos. How do I cook it? I remember something about adding sugar, but the package doesn't say that.

Bring water to a boil with an onion, carrot, 5 Tbsp sugar, 2 tsp salt, 1 dash pepper. When boiling, add roll of frozen fish (with paper still on) and cook for 1 hour.
