Should I bake the frozen (already baked) apple pie to defrost it?

I made a delicious looking apple pie on Wednesday and left in the freezer. I wanted to keep it fresh for Shabbos but now I'm scared it's going to be one big mush. Should I put it in the oven and bake it? Will that help? If so, for how long?
I need help!!! Thanks!!!

what's the problem, I always freeze that stuff! serve it warm, if you're concerned.
