Anyone have any good excersize tips for stomach. My stomachs sags after my c sect. I had 3 c section and after the 3rd one I was left with an ugly stomach. I try doing sit ups and it doesn't realy work. Any ideas. I can't push up ( just not strong enough).

Have you tried crunches? Start with only say, 5-10 a day, and build up from there. Seriously, it works magic. I've had my first c-section 2 years ago, and got my stomach back flat mainly by doing crunches a couple times a week.

Ummm, lets see how well I can explain this.

Lay on the floor, knees raised, feet planted flat on the ground, hands behind the head, and raise your shoulders and upper body off the ground WITHOUT using your hands - use your stomach muscles to pull yourself up. Hold for about 5 seconds, lower yourself down, and do it again. You'll really feel this working.

Here is a link of how to do it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KK1eTLViYXI

What you're seeing could be flabby muscle, in which case exercise will firm it up, or it could be stretched-out skin, in which case your only hope is cosmetic surgery. How to tell? Suck in your gut, as hard as you can, as if trying to zip up a straight skirt two sizes too small. The part that moves is muscle and can be firmed up. The part that droops is skin. The part in between is fat and may be made smaller by dieting but may or may not disappear entirely.
