So I honestly would consider Monsey but with how quickly the east coast is growing I feel like I’d have peace and quiet for 5 years and then have everything around me torn down and major traffic left and right.

So, are there any Jews Jew live in the Catskills year round or is it more of a vacationing, bungalow, and sleep away camp destination?

You have ppl there all year, small community.
Summer is heavy traffic season. All city ppl that are escaping.
