Is there such a thing where family's live outside rbs and send to schools in rbs? Areas that may be cheaper? 20 minutes or half an hour away maximum?
Even better if there are Anglo communities

People send from the moshavim, if that's your taste. Most aren't frum, some are DL.
If you are charedi, your child won't be accepted to the mainstream BYs, because that's done by area. If somehow you end up in a moshav and want to send to BY, it will probably be the main BS one. Very mixed.
There are high school girls that come from various areas. Will not be easy to be accepted, but with protekzia can happen.
There are no real cities within 20 minutes or half hour. Maybe Kiryat Gat. You won't be able to get them into school in RBS, though.

What's your religious level?
The surrounding moshavim are a mix of secular and DL. Most of the kids there go to one of the DL schools in RBS.
Givot Eden families send to RBS schools but it's more expensive there than RBS itself.

Eden hills housing is way nicer than RBS housing for the most part, and you’ll be spending the same amount but getting nicer, bigger. The down side is it’s not like RBs where there are a lot of people and your kids will have built in friends on the block
