Super easy. This is the original recipe.https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/76763/mediterranean-salmon/

I just rubbed minced garlic on salmon. Mixed together 1/8 cup olive oil and 1/4 balsalmic vinegar. Poured over fish and let it sit for a few mins. Sprinkled basil over it. So yum!! Added diced avocado over it right before eating.

Sounds yum
Fresh basil?

Tuna patties, vegetable soup, maybe mashed potatoes.
All I know is that it's a soup kind of day.

Thanks for the reminder! I just put up vegetable soup.

We'll see what else I'll make. I'm thinking of putting up some bread in my bread machine. Then I'll add some sort of protein - either fish or maybe chicken cutlets.....

I have ground meat, any hearty dinner ideas besides meatballs?
I made a spicy carrot cauliflower soup yesterday so luckily that part just needs to be defrosted.

Shnitzel, instant mashed potatoes and fresh roasted cauliflower. I soaked it in lots of kosher salt and I guess didn't rinse enough. So it was more like salt crusted cauliflower
