a la Spark ppl

Quick & easy to make !

Ingredients:

lox, any kind
cream cheese or mayo, any kind

Grind and serve cold. Mmmmmm

chocolate moose - some people don't eat fish and dairy together ...

for them I would do it separate - and is cheaper to buy the ends of the lox for grinding to a pate

as for the cream cheese - I've added scallions, pepper (green or red or both), carrots and spices ... comes out yum ...

There is pareve cream cheese...and mayo is generally pareve too.
