As per rachie's request...
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup honey
1 T. dijon mustard
salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp. each of garlic powder & paprika
1/2 to 3/4 c. cornflake or bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 375. Spray pan with non-stick spray. Rinse chicken; remove excess fat. Coat chicken with honey and mustard. Sprinkle on both sides with seasonings and crumbs. Arrange chicken in a single layer in pan. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden, turning chicken over partway through cooking.

This chicken is delicious! Enjoy.

Do you think I can make this without the dijon mustard?

Don't know if I'm too late responding, sporty, but you could probably try to substitute the dijon with regular mustard. The dijon adds a really good flavor, but regular mustard would probably be ok too.

did you ever try this on chicken on the bone? I am thinking of trying it tonight. I assume I'll bake it for about 2 hours, but maybe it will need more sauce then?

Nopes, I never tried it with chicken on the bone. Can't hurt to try though.
If you're interested in a really, really good recipe that's specifically for chicken on the bone, you might want to try the baked southern style chicken recipe I posted a while back. We really like this recipe.

Thanks so much!
Question:
Do you buy season salt or did you make the seasoned salt?

I bought the seasoned salt. If you don't have it, you can just try salt & some basic spices (paprika, garlic powder).

Would this recipe be good if I don't put the crumbs? Just the sauce and spices and bake. Or will it miss most of its flavor?

LilPrincess, I think the chicken would be ok without the crumbs, but I think the crumbs make it a lot better. KWIM?
