I always use boneless flanken but kolichel is on sale. Will it change taste a lot or it’s fine to use?

Once I tried kolichel, I can't go back! It's so soft and tender and gives a great flavor

Kolichal is very good in cholent. Certainly better than boneless flanken imo.

Flanken falls apart. I never have what to serve! Kolichel is the opposite. It stays in one piece and I can divide it as I wish.
