I buy it chopped in goulash,
I think since started using it my cholent sticks?
or its the turkey wing I put in?

its really not dry. it sticks,
all the fluids is at the top and sticks at the bottom.
the meat is really soft.
I mix it more than once on friday night and I never used to more than once,

I omitted the turkey wing this week and it didnt stick. I dont know why this was the cause
though,

interesting. I still put in the dark meat and it was fine.
its not that it dried it out. it made it stick terribly to the bottom of the pot,
