Like a turkey leg?I’ve done it but be careful because the bones get very soft

I buy it chopped in goulash,

I think since started using it my cholent sticks?
or its the turkey wing I put in?

its really not dry. it sticks,

all the fluids is at the top and sticks at the bottom.
the meat is really soft.

I mix it more than once on friday night and I never used to more than once,
