I don't start cooking for Pesach until half an hour into the seder (how better to spend the endless Magid) so I'm having a hard time comprehending most of this thread.

If you have a Pesach kitchen, do you start to cook now?

Why is this important to you?
Are you considering making a Pesach Kitchen and want to show that you could prepare food months in advance?
Or is there some competition that the rest of are uninterested in.

You do know that when Moshiach comes, you wont be able to use that food for Pesach, right?

I'm not sure why OP is getting so much slack! I wish I had a pesach kitchen and maybe one day I will.
OP, if I had a pesach kitchen, then yes, I would start cooking slowly and leisurely in the next few weeks.

Haha op! That was a good one! U got me here!

Do you mean flak? Slack is basically the opposite meaning

So I keep my kitchen and house KLP year round so I don’t have to stress about Pesach cooking.

I do have a makeshift chometz closet/kitchen we use ONLY on erev Pesach before the zman achilas chometz so my kids don’t feel like they’re missing out and so that we have something to burn.

Highly recommend!

I cooked doubles of everything last year! My freezer is stocked. I cook only every second year.
I clean for pesach every other year too, so I don’t cook and clean on the same year.
Highly recommend

I actually started! I'm an accountant and making chasuna after Purim. Also for the first time in 10 years I wont have highschoolers home from R'ch Nisan. Usually they cook because they prefer that to cleaning! So I plan to cook in January before I get too busy.

I put up apple compote tonight!

I bought olive oil & salt that is KLP. I couldnt find sugar yet.

Next is sauteed onions & veg soup.

if you're serious about cooking already, look for dominos sugar. It has a Pesach hechsher on it for all year round
