Oh. Didn't think of that. I've done mine already, should use it now (my kids LOVE Pesach cake all year 'round) and start over?

Yes- I already cooked for Pesach 2026 as well.
No Pesach kitchen. I generally kasher my kitchen for the summer when I have a lot of free time on my hands and do all my cooking then.
