what can I order to personalize or even not personalize just to spruce up the table or other?

For a shabbos oifruf meal my mother ordered bronze coloured glass cups with a matching bronze coloured vase. It was so effective. You could do the same with any colour.

What type of event? Sit-down dinner? Buffet?
Real tablecloths.
Centerpiece or candlesticks along center of table.
For sit-down event focus on the setting: real stem glasses, real cutlery, linen-like napkins.
Buffet event; coordinating trays with whatever you have available; such as all similar lucite or a gold collectiom.
Simple and not overdone. If you're unsure, ask assistance from someone who has an eye for things.
