20 is not a little in these categories.
You can get a lego set for about $15 but they go out of stock fast so don't hesitate if you find.
Perler bead set for 8 yo girl
Set of little books, maybe paw patrol, for boy. If not interested, duplo or small magnatile set.

I know it is a good amount but here is where it gets tricky...
The 12 year old already has enough of the $15 -20 Legos and the parent wanted something "different".
Craft kits are great for the girl but is there one that isn't junky or pure clutter? Any good jewelry sets? Or maybe something she can do on Shabbos?
What about solo games for Shabbos? They have the car parking lot one already but anything like that?
