Just a reminder that it's not too late to drop a small gift or chocolate to someone who is lonely, alone or struggling this Chanukah.
I BH have had 2 family parties and was away with family for shabbos chanukah. My kids have had yummy treats every night and a few small gifts, and a couple of small outings. I have bought myself a few very small gifts.
But what if people don't have family?
Or can't afford gifts?
Or don't have the physical or mental energy to make or buy doughnuts or latkes or to sit with their kids and sing and play games by the menorah?
Tonight is the last night of chanukah. It's not too late to send something to someone who may not have had any treats so far this year. You may just make her yomtov!
I am divorced. It's hard and lonely. I've pushed myself to make myself and my kids happy. But not everyone is able to do it themselves. Please think of who may need help, and do something today (or tomorrow!)
