If a kapital has Hashems name twice in a row, how do I know how to read it out loud?

The vowels are different. One has the vowels of elokim and should be pronounced as such.

The first one is pronounced ad-nai and the second one is elokim.

What about perek 109? How would you read passuk 21?

Thank you. How can you tell? I was reading online and the vowels for the second look like ad-nai and the first doesn't have any.

I would read both of those as Ad-nai
