I bought a sourdough today, it's hard on the outside. What's best way to warm up for shabbos tonight?

I usually put it in the oven on 375 10 minutes before I light, then I turn off the oven last thing before tzinding licht and I leave it in there until kiddush. It's delicious that way for the meal, crispy on the outside, nice and warm inside.

My husband runs the loaf under cold water and puts It in the oven at 350F for 10-15 minutes. Our frozen loaf tasted freshly baked at lunch today.
