Thanks!

Not easy - but:
Dave & Busters
Museam of Natural History
California Science Center ( there is a cool lego exhibition where they let you build)
Autry Museum of the American West
Discovery Cube Los Angeles

A little out there, but if you drive up to ventura, you can take a tour boat to see the caves.

Does the weather actually allow real tznuis issues by the boats ( as opposed to actual beach beach)
No clue what LA is like in Dec., but I was just in TA which I think is similar, and there where no bathing suits by the marina....

Loving this. I've planned lots of road trips mostly on the east coast and I'm enjoying just reading your posts.

Any can't miss spots in Puerto Rico? Other than the rain forest? Thinking about taking a trip there.

Have you done Panama or Cancun? any must sees in either of those, that are safe? (on my bucket list too).

looking for budget friendly in general. We generally use points.

Also, any one day activities near scranton/hershey areas? for the winter. kids ages low to high teens.

Puerto Rico was a long time ago, but besides the jungle and the beaches the jewish history stuff was very cool, I would splurge on a guide ( was worth every penny)

Panama and Cancun we have never done - we do more europe these days between US and Israel

Okay - so found 90$ flights to Puerto Rico
https://www.skyscanner.net/tra.....false

Here is a list of hotels close to chabad
https://www.jewishpuertorico.c.....s.htm

The hotels and resorts next to chabad are not the cheapest - but you shoule be able to find something within budget.

Whats great is that sun, sand, beach, and jungle dont really cost much ( just the cab to the jungle)

Hi!
I'd be grateful for at.home activities for boys ages 2-10.

Not so comfortable posting location, but I'd take them on outings where I can just sit while they do their thing.. any ideas of what kind of activities to look for, aside from indoor jungle gyms?

What about Lake George?

There are lots of skii/snowtubing/snowmobile rentals and there are usually ice bars, sometimes there are events at Fort William, there is an ice skating rink

I can look for accommodations if you give exact dates

My kids never flew and would love to fly for a trip. What the cheapest place to fly to from NY? Pefer round trip the same day or one day overnight if it's a lot cheaper. Over Sunday and Monday this week. The place doesn't matter that much as long as it safe....

(If everything is priced really expensive bec of the holidays and last minute, would be good to know for another time - what generally is the cheapest - so I can book in advance next time it works to go)

Any ideas for a getaway from nyc approximately four hours away or so. No flying and pregnant so no snow-tubing, skiing, etc. Thank you!
