Did tons of blood work. Everything was clear.
Symptoms come and go. Mostly dizzy and nauseous. One bout of vomiting with chills.
Testing for H pylori
Doctor is very chilled and didn't offer further testing
What can it be? Besides for anxiety

Did you get a copy of all the results yourself?
How long has this been going on for?

Time for a specialist.
Start with a neurologist.

This is very typical with anxiety. I’d go to a psychologist.

Go to another doctor, do an MRI, and gastro would also be a good idea

It could be Meniere's, which is related to the ears. Go to an ENT. It can be treated with medication (often antihistamines or anti- motion sickness medications) and/or physical therapy.

We had this. Ended up being a combination of reflux and lactose intolerance. We took her off dairy and did 3 months of reflux meds. Solved it and then we added some but not all dairy back on.

I second going to the ENT.
I also had bouts of dizziness and it ended up being Vestibulopathy which the ENT prescribed Physical therapy for.

You need an ENT or neurologist. Really an otologist but a regular ENT should be able to guide you. Try to ask the child if he ever gets any tinnitus (ringing in the ears)

Just saw the thread. Could be BPPV. The Guttmann sisters (OTs) discussed this a couple of weeks ago and shared about exercises that can be done. They also explained it could be a sign of physiological anxiety. Curious what you found out.
