We are iyH marrying off our first child soon. I know there are special tefillos for parents the day of the wedding. What about when walking to the Chuppah or when standing under the Chuppah? Any special tefillos or tehillim?

I've never married off a child. With that in mind, when you're at the chuppah you have tremendous koach to daven for your future doros. At the chuppah of R' Meilech Rudniker the Sanzer Rav who was mesader kedishin saw that R' Meilech would not have doros. He stood still for a very very very long time and was able to to poil that R' Meilech should have two children, one of them the holy R' Eluzer Reisher.

So, have in mind erhliche doros, healthy children, children who have chen in people's eyes, children who continue to go in the ways of their parents.

The Shinever Ruv saw 10 doros at a chuppah. That means that you have 10 doros of grandparents there who will stay until the end of the sheva brachos as long as they are comfortable and pleased with what they see. Daven that in their zechus your children should continue to be erhlich and that you too should continue in their ways so that after 120 your grandparents should not be ashamed of you.

You can also have in mind moshiach and the geula.

I went to a class by a rebbetzin while my daughter was engaged, and she gave out copies of tefilos to say.

I’ve also seen tefilos for Yom hachupa in seforim store in books like techinos, maybe aneini.

Another note, I wanted to say that the day of the wedding can be hectic and busy. I said many tefilos 2-3 days before instead. Saved a few for the day of. Sefer tehilim I started a week before and finished on wedding day.

I remember davening for their good health and happiness. It is a very surreal and emotional moment where ideally all of the people you love are together. Mazal tov.
