Did tons of blood work. Everything was clear.

Symptoms come and go. Mostly dizzy and nauseous. One bout of vomiting with chills.

Testing for H pylori

Doctor is very chilled and didn't offer further testing

What can it be? Besides for anxiety

Did you get a copy of all the results yourself?

How long has this been going on for?

Time for a specialist.

Start with a neurologist.

This is very typical with anxiety. I’d go to a psychologist.

Oy.. Refuah sheleima.. did you check for strep.. the throat doesn’t have to hurt from strep.. and my guess you can also see if your kid is drinking enough and getting enough salt..

Go to another doctor, do an MRI, and gastro would also be a good idea

It could be Meniere's, which is related to the ears. Go to an ENT. It can be treated with medication (often antihistamines or anti- motion sickness medications) and/or physical therapy.
