DH is suffering with his feet which seem to be really cold a lot of the day and at night in summer and winter. He won't wear socks when he goes to bed because he gets too hot with them.
I think the circulation in his feet is not very good which might not help him.
I would appreciate any idea to help him.

Uggs
Some sort of warm shoe liner
Does he move around during the day or is he relatively sedentary? Maybe taking a daily walk or two to get his circulation going will help.

Wear a winter hat. Idk why but it helps.

At night, get into bed directly out of a hot shower, so his body is still warm from the water. Fold his blanket up underneath itself at the bottom, to create a pocket for his feet. That traps the warm air.

Also it makes a huge difference if the socks he wears during the day are made of wool, not cotton or synthetic materials.

I also hate socks, but in general I don't wear socks. But at night I wear loose slippers something like this style

I also get cold feet in the winter, uggs and warm fuzzy socks help during the day, and at night I roll my blanket under my feet. A hot shower also warms my feet up.

This is what I do and Keeps me so warm.
