How do you keep baby’s hands and feet warm in winter (socks fall off and they seem to come out of blanket)

Use outfits that come with feet. Or tights. It those booties.
If their bodies are warm enough then it's fine if their hands are a bit cold.

Put on a fuzzy sleeper with feet and socks over that. Makes a big difference.
