Dina or Dalia: opinions

I am between these two names, both feel like they are too traditional to the point of being old school, but I am thinking maybe they are old school in a cool way, like Chloe or Phoebe in a non-Jewish world…
What do you think? Should work both in Israel and chutz, modern chareidi circles.

Dina is דין השם
I personally would avoid it.
Dalia is a flower. Acc. to Reb Chaim Kanievsky it is not a name.

All possible negative associations aside, I think Dalia is quite old fashioned. At least that seems to be the case here in Israel. In my opinion Dina is a fairly classic, can't go wrong with it name. It's just matter of how much you personally like it.

It's the name of a flower in Hebrew. If I'm not mistaken the same flower is also called dalia in Arabic and it is also an Arab name. But then again so is Sarah, Miriam, Haya, etc...actually, I think Dina may also be a name used by Arabs.

Some go for brachos from gedolim and when they give in a name for the bracha
they’re told it’s not a real name. It’s recommended to give a name that’s sourced and has significance

It’s a namenof an object, not a person

I have actually found that it’s not only a flower but also means „a blossoming branch“. It is used in Torah in this meaning
