I really tried to make it work ..lately I'm feeling like a can't do this anymore! Everyone is my family is loving the place besides for me.any suggestions! Any recommendations of a friendly American chilled neighborhood in Jerusalem? I'm a very fun easygoing personality.

People are busy with life everywhere.
You gave 5 kids, so perhaps you can meet other moms of children in your kids' classes.
Or other women from shul.
Invite a child over for a play date while you are the other mom have coffee.

I have a close friend who moved back to Lakewood because of this - and discovered that people in Lakewood are just as busy.
5 yrs ago, you were at a different stage in life and so were your friends.
Being a busy mother everywhere leaves you little time for socialising.
Which area do you currently live in? There are resources everywhere. Are there evening classes in your minhal kehilati that you can join? Can you sit in the park in the afternoon and meet other mothers? Can you open a gemach in your house so people come to you?

It's much easier to connect with people when you move out of yerushalyim. If you join a shul that has a rav and community and where people send their kids to similar schools.
