I’m looking for a recipe for whole duck (minus wings). I don’t have a fleishig oven so if an oven is needed, it would have to be covered.

Honestly, I don’t think you can do justice to a duck under these conditions. (If you have a smoker, maybe.)

I know my stipulation is not ideal. I suppose if I have to, I can make my oven fleishig and kasher afterward. I’d prefer to keep it pareve.
