I recently saw a few people posting homemade duck sauce recipes under a specific post, but can't remember which one.
Anyone know or have a good recipe?
I remember seeing that thread too and noticed that I had a different recipe that other ppl were posting. I make this on pesach
Duck Sauce –
1 T oil
1 L red onion finely diced
6 T sugar
Sautee over medium heat till syrupy
Then add juice of ½ a lemon
Dissolve 2 tsp potato starch in 1 c orange juice and add to pot
Add salt and pepper
Cook till thickens
