Can I make a lokshen kugel with it ?
Any tried & true recipe ?

You can but it won't have the same texture because lokshen contain eggs and spaghetti doesn't. It won't taste bad but will probably be harder to cut. Ask me how I know.

When I have leftover spaghetti I make garlic noodles. Sauté crushed garlic (frozen cubes) in a bit of oil. Depending on how much you have, you want to be generous. For a box I do between 6-8 cubes
add noodles and then add salt and parsley flakes to taste.

But not for tomorrow being erev Yom Kippur
Can I freeze them ?
