Morrocon fish:
2 med onion
6 cloves garlic sliced
2 red peppers cut small
3 beef tomatoes cut small
4 long Red hot pepper (I use 2 habanero peppers but it comes out really hot)

Saute onion garlic then add everything and saute long till soft keep mixing every few minutes
Add 16 oz tomato sauce and small tomato paste
add spices to taste

Put lots of veg over and under fish, cover well and bake one hour (check it)
(I do 500 25 min and uncovered)

Pistachio salmon from BCP (I made the sauce and crunch, will bake salmon fresh erev yom tov)
Fruit ice pops for dessert
Had more on plan for today, but it didn’t happen. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.

A few follow up questions:
Which spices do you use?
For how much fish does this amount make?
And I'm unclear on the baking instructions. Bake at 350 covered for an hour or 500 uncovered for 25 min?
