any recipes for the frozen stir fry vegetables that I can make now for yom tove. doesn't need to be stirfry

Sauté them then add to linguine noodles and toss with a sauce for lo mein.

any ideas of how to eat it plain? and what type of sauce to make? would love if I could make it on a sheetpan instead...

I make them a lot for weekday dinner. I cook them in a large frying pan in a little olive oil. After they cook for a bit I put in garlic cubes, salt and pepper. Keep mixing them around and/or cover and let steam.

You can do similar roasted in the oven but with a little more oil. Same spices. You can even drizzle honey.
