Does anyone have a sweet small challah recipe?
Would like to make it in my bread machine which can hold 2.5 lbs. Thank you!

Thank you! How much is 1 packet of yeast? Have you ever made this in a bread machine?

You can do 2 and 1/4 tsp yeast.

I make it in my bread machine almost every week. I have an old Panasonic one. I switch it up and make many different variations depending on what I'm in the mood for.

Eta: I do usually open it up midcycle to make sure it looks like the right consistency (there's enough water (or flour)) but I think this recipe will yield you a good result.

Does it taste very eggy?
