Recipe
Here's the recipe I use for ALL cuts of meat and it comes out heavenly and soft. Guests often call after Shabbos/YT to ask for the recipe.

I defrost the meat either partway or completely. Then I peel 4-5 cloves of garlic and rub each 1 all over the meat. Then I stick them into the nooks and crannies of the meat.

Next I cut 2 onions into rings and fry them in oil. While they're frying, I put the meat in to brown along with the onion. I sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder on top. Then I flip it over and spice the other side. I flip it over every 2-3 minutes until all sides are nicely browned.

Rest is super easy. Squirt in some ketchup, sweet red wine, and soy sauce then cover with water. Bring to boil then let simmer for 3 hours, basting every now and then. Let it cool then slice. Before serving, bring it to a boil again and simmer for a few more minutes. Yum. please advice cook or bake wanna try it

I'm so confused. Is this your recipe you're sharing or your found this recipe somewhere?

I don't know what "please advice cook or bake wanna try it" or "Found this recipe wants here site wanna try it cook or bake" means.

Cook it on the stovetop for 3 hours.

If you want to bake roast beef and get it super soft, it needs 5-6 hours on 300 degrees in the oven. Put parchment paper under the foil wrapping, to keep the moisture trapped inside.
