Hi,
We are in the USA looking into Neve amim, in ramat bet shemesh hey, it's a project that isn't built yet. The company selling it is yigal realty and agent is Meir Dombie , has anyone experienced using this group or bought in this area? Just trying to make sure there aren't any red flags. Feel free to PM

We bought in a complex across the street. We see neve Amim going up. I know people who bought there and people who looked and choose not to buy there. Feel free to ask.

Would also love to here more about your/people you know's experiences. Curious what swayed people either way as we are in a similar situation (looks like Neve Shamir could be a good fit, but not sure which development makes sense for us).
