People who say they don't cook at all on Yom Tov, do you also have the Shabbos food ready by Wednesday? Or do you put together a chulent on Friday afternoon?

Chulent made in advance and stored in fridge. Heating up on Friday and transfer to my electrical hotplate.

I'm freezing chulent and potato kugel. Will rewarm the potato kugel in the chulent.
