Anybody there recently and can help me out?
Through google I found chabad and lev rochel.
Anybody stayed there?
Is there daily minyanim or only shabbos?
Any restaurant walking distance from the hospital? If not what’s close by with good hechsher.
Are there direct flights from New York?

Call the Chabad. The Greenes have been in Rochester for 37 years, meeting the needs of any Jew who comes to the Mayo Clinic. They are wonderful, friendly people who will go to the ends of the earth to help you.
The closest kosher restaurants are in the Twin Cities, 70 miles away. Chabad will help you out in terms of food. They also can guide you regarding lodging options. They rarely have a daily minyan, but often have one on Shabbos.
