Hey everyone- first time mother here, my baby boy is 13 months and only likes purees and crunchy foods like crackers and cookies.
Anyone have any tips to help her start eating more real foods esp protiens she wont touch!!
Also is this concerning???

What happens if you put a piece of chicken, beef, egg or fish on his high chair tray? Will he play and experiment with it? Chew it and spit it out? Or refuse to bring it to his mouth?
I think the fact that he likes both purees and crunchy stuff is reassuring. He may need more time and exposure to get used to proteins.
