I'm looking for yummy Yom Tov food for RH that is naturally sweet.

So far I am making roasted carrots (EVOO & salt) and sweet potato kugel (eggs and cinnamon/nutmeg/ginger/cloves).
Any other ideas?

I need to cut out all sugar and sweeteners (honey, maple syrup, juice) for health. No chemical substitutes. Pureed fruit is fine.

Homemade BBQ sauce -
blenderize equal parts soy sauce, tomato paste, dates, and some water to thin it out

Very helpful for chicken and meat prep!

None of them are formal recipes really. Kind of just make them up as I go along

Do you think I can substitute the soy sauce and some of the dates with coconut aminos? I can't have soy products.

You mentioned to a previous poster that you don't have recipes. Can you try to list ingredients for the above so I can try to experiment? Approximately what is the ratio of blended fruit to nut butter? Thanks again for all your ideas!

The soft serve is actually a recipe from rorie's cookbook. I can try to look it up later. It had frozen strawberries, frozen mango, frozen peaches and cashew or almond butter. Iirc it's frozen, blended and refrozen, but I'm planning to make it in silicone molds so we don't have to be busy trying to scoop if it gets too hard.

I never made stuffed dates but the ones I've seen are stuffed with almond butter, or just chopped almonds. You can even dip in some melted unsweetened chocolate.

Something like this. Maybe with cacao nibs on top instead of the chocolate. Supposed to be delish straight from the freezer https://www.lazycatkitchen.com.....tter/

If you want any other "recipes" I can try to write out how I make it
