For 3 day Yom tov that will heat up food well but not be blazing hot in kitchen From oven for 3 days

I usually do 225 but depends on the oven. My electric one needs to be on 250 to be hot enough.

If you take it all out at once and you know it won't turn on any lights, etc
Whether it kicks on the heating mechanism is a machlokes regarding grama I think...
L'maisa we do one take out of everything all at once if shabbos mode is on.

I’m pretty sure you need to put it in before shabbos just like any other shabbos. Unless you follow that you are allowed to put food in the oven on shabbos (I know there are some sefardim who hold this way.)

If it’s on regular mode, many ovens have an automatic shutoff, which is why you need to put it in shabbos mode.

I usually keep the oven on 225. It keeps the food hot.

It also turns off the oven light that might turn on when you open the door.
