I always wondered, how do these things work when everyone is anonymous?
There's definitely people in the community that need help with house cleaning due to a family issue, need help with getting children up in the morning or settled after they come home from school, tutoring, visiting the sick, etc.
You can reach out to the Bikur Cholim, or speak to Ruv/Gabbi/Asken for leads.

I wouldn't recommend working with psychiatric patients without training.
